same method
Which method do you withdraw to, and how much per request?
Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, in your own name. The minimum and maximum per request for New Zealand show up in the cashier.
If your win is bigger than the per-request maximum, you make several requests. Cards aren’t always among the withdrawal methods, so check the cashier before you deposit by card. Withdrawing to someone else’s account or wallet isn’t possible (7.11).
€5,000 / €25,000
What are the daily and monthly limits?
€5,000 a day and €25,000 a month. Winnings over €30,000 can be paid in monthly instalments. If you’ve only deposited once, you can cash out at most 15x that deposit.
| Situation | What you can withdraw | Source |
|---|---|---|
| €12,000 won | at least 3 days: €5,000, €5,000 and €2,000 | 7.12 |
| One €50 deposit, €2,000 won | at most €750 (15x €50), the rest is removed | 7.20 |
| €40,000 won | max €25,000 in a month; above €30,000, instalments are possible | 7.12 |
| A limit or time-out active on your account | withdrawals can be capped at 10% a month while the limit runs | 7.19 |
Under the terms, the daily limit also depends on the method, your verification status, account history and loyalty status (7.12). Spread big withdrawals over several days and keep your documents up to date.
